
Comprehensive Care Manager

Job Opportunity
The ideal candidate for this Care Manager position will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare setting, with a nursing qualification and being registered on the live register of NMBI. They should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good knowledge of Quality and Safety Systems.
Able to liaise with healthcare professionals and statutory personnel throughout the community, the successful candidate will also have experience in staff management and be able to maintain quality standards while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support team members
- Facilitate communication between staff and management
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop comprehensive care plans
- Monitor progress and facilitate communication among all parties involved
Requirements:
