This role involves overseeing the procurement and contract services for global clients in Europe. The successful candidate will lead a team to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and oversee financial management.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing staff recruitment interviews and managing team competency development;
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure efficient use of resources;
  • Leading assurance reviews to maintain quality standards in project delivery;
  • Coordinating cross-selling opportunities with Key Client Leads within Infrastructure and Real Estate teams;
  • Developing portfolio, programme, and project procurement strategies;
  • Reviewing and appraising contract forms, including NEC and FIDIC, to recommend best practices;
  • Providing detailed understanding of contract management processes and procedures;
  • Appraising contract claims and disputes and making recommendations;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to build long-term relationships based on performance and trust;
  • Delivering business goals and financial targets by managing large and dispersed teams.
