Customer Experience Research Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Insights Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for interpreting patterns in large amounts of research data and information from complex structured data sets.
The successful candidate will work with our CX Research agency to develop and improve processes for mining data, driving insights, and enabling business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and interpret complex research data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the CX Research agency to develop and improve data mining processes
- Deliver high-quality outputs, including reports, infographics, and presentations, to support business success
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a data-driven environment with a focus on insights and research
- Experience in deploying Qualtrics surveys for VOC measurement is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand and interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present to diverse audiences
- Experience working independently, with self-motivation and commercial outlook
