Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Application Support Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing exceptional support to end-users and helping to resolve application issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for the organization, including clearing application issues and working in a cross-functional environment to facilitate and deliver operational resolutions.
  • Work with end-users to answer questions and help resolve first-level issues on application support matters.
  • Partner with Global Technology Services colleagues to resolve application issues tied to functionality and/or interfaces.
  • Understand operational business challenges across Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability.
  • Identify, own and resolve application fallout errors and drive resolutions to gaps in application functionality.
  • Test functionality on fixes, enhancements or new releases prior to end-user acceptance.
  • Create documentation related to upcoming functionality releases.
  • Create and deliver training to end users.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Information Systems, Technology or a related discipline.
  • Related co-op or internship experience, with proven project and work experience.
  • Exposure, knowledge or proficiency in SAP application suites (S4 HANA, Ariba, IBP) or similar Enterprise Software systems.
  • Working knowledge or proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and analyzing issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience in system testing.
  • Good team player, well organized and self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to multitask.
