Financial Leadership Opportunity

Job Description

SF Recruitment are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the finance operations of a key division. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a senior role with responsibility for leading a small team, strengthening processes, and providing commercial insight to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance across reporting.
  • Oversee month-end, management accounts, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Manage cash flow, reconciliations, billing, and VAT returns.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and controls.
  • Provide analysis and insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar finance leadership role.
  • Strong reporting, planning, and analysis skills.
  • Proven experience managing people and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
