The Localization Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue new business lines that align with our company's values and mission.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term success and profitability.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and define account goals, objectives, and strategic perspectives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and transition.
  • Propose innovative solutions to meet or exceed customer objectives, driving account expansion and loyalty.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with customers to address satisfaction and anticipate potential issues.
  • Evaluate account profitability and drive customer retention, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, resolving complaints and maintaining trust.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an enterprise/key account manager with a successful track record of establishing, growing, and developing targeted clients at the enterprise level.
  • Prior experience within the localization industry is mandatory, along with in-depth knowledge of the industry.
  • Experience in relationship development, sales development, and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem-solve and negotiate.
  • Fluency in English and another language; fluency in Italian is a plus.
  • Excellent computer and web skills.
  • Williness to travel internationally.
