Endoscopy Nursing Leadership Position

As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in our Endoscopy department, you will play a vital role in providing high-level professional and clinical leadership in all aspects of nursing care.
- Assume responsibility for the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that all patients receive safe and effective treatment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve excellent results.
- Evaluate individual patient needs prior to endoscopy procedures, assessing their suitability for treatment and developing personalized care plans.
- Manage patient care with the highest professional standards, adhering to evidence-based best practices and policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes and staff development.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A registered qualification on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the NMBI.
- At least 5 years post-registration experience, including 2 years in the related clinical area.
- Recent acute experience is essential.
