Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care in the Endoscopy unit.
- Promote open communication and best practice among nursing staff.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to teams.
- Act as a role model for nursing leadership and facilitate staff development.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality.
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate acute care nursing experience.
- Management qualification or degree-level educational preparation desirable.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Self-motivated and committed to staff development.
- Flexibility to meet demands of coordinating and delivering services.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
