As a seasoned Workshop Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team of skilled mechanics to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of skilled mechanics for high-quality workmanship
  • Develop and implement efficient daily workflow to maximize productivity
  • Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain outstanding customer service with clear communication on job progress
  • Manage inventory and ordering for seamless workshop operation
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
  • Analyze and improve workshop performance with cost savings
  • Provide training and mentorship on latest automotive technologies
Requirements
  • Fully qualified mechanic with extensive hands-on experience
  • Prior experience in supervisory or management role within an automotive workshop
  • Strong technical expertise across various vehicle makes and models
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage workflow efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and garage management software (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license
