National Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced National Manager to lead our logistics operations in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less-than-Truck Load (LTL) services, with a strong understanding of cross-border logistics and regulatory compliance.

As a National Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring service excellence, and driving continuous improvement across FTL and LTL operations. You will also oversee the development of high-performing teams, manage carrier relationships, and support commercial growth through partnerships with sales teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline, and demonstrated expertise in managing domestic transport operations within the Irish market. They will also have strong command of logistics IT systems, particularly TMS platforms, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
