Hotel Accommodation Manager Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the standard of work to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Delegating room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff.
  • Developing employees to prepare them for advancement in their careers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including conference suites and leisure facilities.
  • Collaborating with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.
