Front Office Manager Role Summary

The Front Office Manager is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day front office activities.

This role involves providing exceptional service to guests, handling queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. It also requires maintaining high standards of health, safety, and statutory compliance.

To be successful as a Front Office Manager, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales targets. You will also be required to have experience in managing operating systems such as Hotsoft PMS, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office packages like Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in front office management in a leading hotel.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Qualifications: Appropriate third-level qualification in hospitality/hospitality management or a relevant discipline.
  • Operating Systems: Experience in managing operating systems such as Hotsoft PMS.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
