Residential Property Negotiator Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced negotiator to join our team as a Residential Property Negotiator.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing the letting process from start to finish.
  • Key duties include conducting property viewings, liaising with homeowners and tenants, and negotiating lease terms.
  • Additionally, the individual will prepare tenancy agreements, manage property listings, and develop marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with PRSA regulations is also essential.
Requirements:
  • A valid PRSA licence with at least 1 year of post-licensing experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential lettings or a similar property role.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a proactive attitude are required.
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are necessary.
