Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Employee Relations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing employee relations, providing strategic support, and driving business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Employee Relations Partners, providing coaching and guidance to employees and managers, and proactively assessing team and manager development needs.

They will also be expected to triage employee relations casework, provide data analysis and reporting solutions, and integrate with HR colleagues to implement solutions.

In addition, the candidate will partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution, plan and execute complex assignments, and participate in projects as an integral member of the extended HR community.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing HR/ER professionals
  • Experience across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA and with Works Council presence
  • Solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrates empathy and experience driving collaborative work
  • Project management and change management experience
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
  • Influencing and strategically solving problems
  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Proven experience leading, growing, and scaling experienced HR professionals
