
Temporary Administration Support Specialist

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented admin assistant to support our day-to-day office operations for a one-month period. This temporary role will involve assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets.

About the Role:
Administrative tasks: data entry, filing, updating spreadsheets
Supporting the accounts team with invoice processing and payment runs
Answering calls and responding to emails professionally
Helping with stock or delivery documentation as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative and/or accounts experience
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Organized, dependable, and good with detail
Able to work in the office and from home
