We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to fill the role of Digital Trading & Merchandise Admin. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team responsible for shaping the omni-channel experience, driving revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Upload:
- Enrich online product content to improve discoverability and enhance the website user experience.
- Collaborate with buying teams to track new products and manage their upload workflow.
- Coordinate communication and imagery/content sharing with e-commerce partners.
- Create reports to track uploaded products and identify gaps.
- Assign products to appropriate attributes and categories following guidelines.
- Upload, process, and quality check product imagery and copy assets.
- Resize and rename images using Photoshop and upload to backend systems.
- Manage seasonal product uploads within deadlines.
- Prioritize and communicate about high-priority product uploads with relevant teams.
- Site Trading:
- Activate promotions and events on the company website and support their digital marketing initiatives.
- Gather and update brand campaign assets on the site seasonally and timely.
- Identify and promote priority and bestseller products across the site.
- Manage site calendar and updates for category landing pages.
- Oversee product launches and the removal of outdated or clearance items.
