Key Trade Support Role

This critical trade support position plays a pivotal role in the success of our electronic trading workflows.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless order flow management, identify and resolve trade breaks, escalate discrepancies, and provide exceptional client support.

The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise on electronic trading workflows within the digital assets space, with 4+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in equity or FX trading or operations.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing and solving critical issues, participating in projects and operational improvement initiatives, delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, and driving innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges.
