We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to fill this exciting role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing documentation in relation to new insurance policies, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient claims processing.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve any outstanding issues regarding queries and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process documents in relation to new insurance and renewal policies, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers who have yet to return documents, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in relation to outstanding documents, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow up on pending files on a daily basis, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Review various cancellation reports and follow up accordingly, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Account Reconciliations as required, maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Review various reports on a daily basis to include Out of Sync and Unapplied reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Leaving Certificate or Equivalent qualification.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and general computer skills, with a strong proficiency in software applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Time Management, and Attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and react to situations quickly, efficiently, and professionally, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Execution & 'Can do' attitude, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a willingness to undertake Insurance Exams and a flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
