  • Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance function, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of test analysts throughout the software testing life cycle.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience leading QA teams and a proven track record of working in an offshore model. You will also possess excellent verbal and written English skills, strong leadership and management skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

The role requires a strong understanding of SDLC models, reporting skills, and experience coaching and motivating a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have highly developed test analysis and design skills, ALM experience, SQL server query scripting skills, and strong MS Office skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of test analysts
  • Develop and implement test strategies
  • Mentor and train junior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in quality assurance, software development, and project management. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
