Risk and Security Professional

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Risk and Security Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in the safety, security, and compliance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Director of Safety & Security and CRO in delivering a robust Security Management System.
  • Supporting the Head of Risk in implementing effective risk management processes.
  • Collaborating with aviation regulatory bodies and representing our organization at European and national levels to prioritize safety and security in rulemaking activities.
  • Drafting aviation security reports for Senior Management and Committees on behalf of the Security Manager.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a management role.
  • The ability to obtain appropriate security clearances.
  • Experience in aviation regulation and management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
