The Finance Director will play a crucial role in driving the company's continued growth by maximising profitability and optimising cash flow. This senior leadership position requires a dynamic and ambitious individual who can lead by example, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrate success through increasing profitability, managing risk, and leading and motivating the finance team.

  • A Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE in industry within an operational leadership role">
  • Significant experience in managing a high-performing team">
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to set a strategic vision">

  • Track record of adding value, particularly driving improvements in operating margin and return on capital employed">
  • Experience in implementing finance technology to drive efficiency and support effective decision-making">
  • Experience in effective working capital management, ideally in a retail or fast-moving consumer environment">

Essential Criteria:

Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE in industry within an operational leadership role, significant experience in managing a high-performing team, excellent communication skills with the ability to set a strategic vision, the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions, track record of adding value, particularly driving improvements in operating margin and return on capital employed, experience in implementing finance technology to drive efficiency and support effective decision-making, experience in effective working capital management, ideally in a retail or fast-moving consumer environment.
