Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - SAP and Cross-Functional Testing
We are seeking a seasoned cross-functional quality engineer to lead testing across complex projects. This role involves planning, preparation, resourcing, execution management, issue resolution, and reporting on testing activities that span multiple business and technical groups.
You will act as a quality advocate, ensuring thorough and structured testing across cross-functional systems and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple systems and stakeholders with a focus on UAT.
- Partner with business and technical teams to develop comprehensive test plans.
- Identify risks and define effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive UAT preparation including environment readiness, data availability, and scenario design.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and progress reporting for stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation.
- Track, investigate, and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Strong background in QA/Test leadership with proven experience managing cross-functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with different testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design QA processes/programs that deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of system interdependencies and architecture models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Skilled at balancing multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on quality.
- SAP functional experience ideally including migration from R/3 to S/4 HANA.
- Experience with Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain testing including 3PL providers.
- Mid-Senior level position.
