What We're Looking For
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science with a focus on ML.
  • Experience building personalised search or recommendation systems.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale ML products in industry.
  • Strong experience in search retrieval, ranking, and recommendation systems.
  • Proficiency in Python (plus Scala/Java desirable) and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib.
  • Solid experience in A/B testing and evaluation of ML systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based ML development (AWS preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, Tecton, or similar ML platforms.
