Highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst is sought after by our team to support the management of global assets, financing facilities, and funds. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin and will benefit from the support and expertise of our Portfolio & Fund Management team, as well as external industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Asset Analysis
  2. Conduct asset-level modelling to determine optimal outcomes for returns, including lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales.
  3. Liaise with various departments (trading, marketing, accounting, legal, technical) for information.
  4. Maintain portfolio models with regular updates and appraisal analysis.
  5. Prepare approval memoranda for key portfolio and asset decisions.
  6. Perform fund-level modelling, including asset, liability, and cash flow analysis.
  7. Prepare cash flows for banks.
  8. Create presentations for rating agencies and potential investors/lenders.
  9. Handle ad hoc queries from other parties.
  10. Review materials including offering documents and legal documentation.
Reporting & Investor Relations
  1. Liaise with accounting on monthly collections.
  2. Prepare/review distribution waterfalls, ensuring liquidity and covenants compliance.
  3. Prepare servicer updates for quarterly board meetings.
  4. Respond to Board questions.
  5. Communicate with equity owners about developments and updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or similar field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience; aviation experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong financial modelling expertise.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, flexible hours.
  • Self-starter, team player.
  • Excellent time management, multi-project handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
