Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated asset management professional to join our expanding team. The role offers a chance to contribute to and support various client engagements, driving project team success within the asset and project management space.

The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management within financial services, helping clients optimize asset management processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive impactful change across the industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of consulting projects within asset management, including process improvement, regulatory compliance, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Familiarity with key asset management regulations such as SEC rules, MiFID II, or equivalent regional compliance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and regulatory changes in asset management and financial services.
  • Understand asset management, banking, and financial needs, recommending suitable solutions to meet these needs, providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
  • A third-level degree, with a strong academic record.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, or related consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of asset management operations, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.
