Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership strategy that aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
  2. Identify future leadership capabilities required at the organization and design programmes to enhance current and future performance.
  3. Design and deliver innovative learning programmes, workshops, and initiatives tailored to people leaders at all levels.
  4. Collaborate with senior executives to identify development needs within their functions and create targeted solutions.
  5. Implement assessment tools and feedback processes to evaluate the effectiveness of development programmes and initiatives.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by promoting best practices in leadership development.
  7. Maintain a strong focus on best practices and industry insights within our learning and development programmes.
  8. Build relationships with external partners to design and deliver high-impact leadership programmes.
