Strategic HR Partner Role

This is a permanent position that offers a flexible working arrangement and occasional travel within Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build strong partnerships with Business Unit leaders and teams to drive organisational performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and support employee relations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employment law, compliance, and risk management.
