Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As the primary HR point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering strategic people initiatives that drive business results.

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting managers in attracting and retaining top talent.">
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.">
  • Act as the go-to HR partner for employee queries, offering guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.">
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives that align with company strategy.">
  • Drive learning and development by identifying training needs and managing plans and records.">
  • Oversee HR compliance and administration, including HRIS management, policy reviews, and leave tracking.">
  • Manage payroll inputs and liaise with internal payroll teams to resolve queries.">
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and systems.">
  • Support and deliver on strategic HR and organisational development projects.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree-qualified in HR or a related discipline.">
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar HR generalist or business partner role.">
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.">
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.">
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong analytical/reporting skills.">
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile, and entrepreneurial business environment.">
