This role will be focused on IT Software Applications Support, including the co-ordination of releases and version control & IT Support (2nd level) for finance, HR & other corporate enterprise software applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Application management (lifecycle, support, integration, etc)
  • Owning and coordinating application implementation projects
  • Workplace coordination
  • Release Management & version control of a variety of Software Applications
  • Supporting software applications running on servers
  • Configuring Desktop & Laptop computers, Mobile Phones & Tablets
  • Installing Patches on servers & network devices
  • Assisting End Users with queries and issues at 2nd level escalations
