Job Description:
A technical support specialist will work with the IT team at Auxilion to provide on-site assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established SLAs
• Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
