  • Bring assigned client calls to billing stage
  • Keep Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) worksheets compliant and regularly updated
  • Respond to customer requirements in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with permission to work in Ireland
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • At least three years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong mechanical/electrical background
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to make decisions without close supervision
