Service Desk Expert

Join our team as a Help Desk Expert and take on the challenge of providing top-notch IT support to our clients. As an L1 Technical Support Specialist, you will handle IT support requests, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver prompt resolutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level IT support to clients via various channels.
  • Identify and resolve complex IT issues through advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Manage incident tracking and escalation processes to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Document and update support tickets and information in the system.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems, including Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
