Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Value Creation team, you will be responsible for analysing complex business problems and developing recommendations to improve performance and generate value.

About the Role:

You will work closely with clients across various industries, including public and private sectors, to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business operations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead junior team members in analysis and project delivery
  • Support business development activity by driving forward research and analysis
  • Continuously identify areas for self-development and action plans to continue professional development

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required
  • 4 years post-degree experience in management consulting, audit, or financial services
  • Chartered Accountancy, or other similar professional qualification, preferred
  • Experience of leading a team of junior & senior associates
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, specifically a hypothesis driven approach to tackling complex problems
