Commercial Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Strategy team, you will work closely with clients to shape, design, and deliver end-to-end customer-led transformation solutions.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional strategic projects from initial design through to implementation. This will involve ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results, analysing customer data and experiences to support innovative solution design, and collaborating with a world-class team of experts to innovate and deliver digital solutions.

  • Strategic analysis of market opportunities for clients, providing insights on competitor and customer behaviours to build leading strategy presentations
  • Analysing customer data and experiences to support designing innovative solutions to solve complex problems
  • Lead facilitation of client workshops that cover topics such as persona definition, journey design, and value proposition development to drive ideation and solution design

You will also have the opportunity to research the latest digital trends, best practices, and technologies, and bring insights to leadership.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience working in Consulting, Customer/Commercial Strategy, and/or Digital Transformation-based roles. You will also require strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and build out business opportunities.
