Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in change management?

This role requires an individual who can develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the e-commerce programme.

The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation is prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the e-commerce programme.
  • Conduct business impact assessments across key business areas.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and readiness planning to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Design and deliver interventions, including leadership alignment, change agent networks, workshops and engagement activities.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, tools and best practices desired.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work across complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple stakeholders.
