Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Capability Strategist to lead and grow our digital advisory offering through thought-leadership and exceptional client engagement. This strategic role will help navigate complex business and technology decisions for large scale technology transformations.

The successful candidate will have broad expertise across the Enterprise Architecture domains, including Infrastructure, Information, and Security. They will have specific and deep experience leading the development of IT Strategies and Applications Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow our digital advisory offering through thought-leadership and exceptional client engagement
  • Collaborate with clients to support their transformation journeys in areas including IT Strategy, Application Architecture, Application Selection, and IT Management
  • Work with clients at c-suite level to define IT Strategies and Technology Architectures that transform their organisations
  • Leverage Transformation by Design methodology to lead the applications selection process on behalf of our clients
  • Monitor and evaluate new technologies to inform future enterprise architecture decisions
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience designing and implementing IT Strategies as Enterprise Architect or equivalent level
  • University Degree in applied sciences like engineering, systems design, computer sciences, or related fields
  • Extensive experience with Enterprise Architecture best practices, goals, and techniques
  • Experience developing and building enterprise framework models and graphical abstractions
  • Experienced in application selection and implementation in diverse and complex environments
  • Extensive client-facing experience, including experience working with c-suite level managers on high-profile transformation programs
  • Successful track record of the selection, sourcing, and implementation of IT solutions
  • Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decision making
  • Industry relevant certifications
