Senior Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to lead the design of complex architectural building components.

This is an exciting opportunity for a structural engineer with reinforced concrete and facade design experience to take ownership of high-profile projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, and leisure sectors.

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Chartered Structural Engineer status with 10+ years' post-graduate experience, ideally in facades or precast design
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Eurocodes, building regulations, and facade detailing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating structural design deliverables on projects
  • Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design solutions for precast facade systems
  • Liaising and coordinating with external design team members
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
