Support Worker in Residential Care

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in a residential care setting. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to service users.

The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure the delivery of excellent care practices. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all care policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
  2. Previous work experience in a similar setting is desirable
  3. Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered)
  4. Full Clean Driver's License
  5. Knowledge of HIQA standards
  6. Eligible to work in Ireland
