The role of Staff AI Quality Assurance Engineer is a high-profile position within our organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and ethical integrity of our artificial intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI agents, platform services, and integrations">
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, performance, and security testing">
  • Validate AI model behavior, including prompt outputs, bias detection, and explainability">
  • Conduct rigorous testing of distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data pipelines">
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across training, inference, and integration workflows">

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in quality assurance and test engineering, with expertise in test automation frameworks, API testing, and performance testing.

">

Additionally, you should have experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning models, as well as proficiency in data quality validation and contract testing.

">

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, along with certifications in QA Automation, AI/ML Testing, or Ethical AI.

">

Nice to Have:

">

Experience with AI red teaming and adversarial testing techniques, explainability testing and validation for XAI methods, usability testing for AI-driven UIs and agent interactions, and familiarity with data privacy testing techniques.

">

Security testing for AI models, experience testing AI ethics, fairness, and bias, and knowledge of formal verification methods for AI are also desirable.
