Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cassidy Wines. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our customer base, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their wine needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional materials that drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the wine industry, including wine regions, varietals, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office software.
