Career Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and eager professional to join our management team in a Trainee Manager role. This is a full-time position responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, working alongside the management team to ensure the store achieves its defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, coupled with strong leadership and team development skills. They will have gained an excellent knowledge of retail sales operations and a track record of promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation, and personal service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day running of the store.
- Work alongside the Store Management Team to achieve KPIs.
