Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Hardware Asset Management Expert to oversee the lifecycle of all hardware assets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Hardware Asset Management, with a strong focus on cost optimization and industry best practices.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in our ITAM tooling and implementing policies that adhere to governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets, from procurement to retirement.
  • Maintaining an inventory of all hardware assets and ensuring data continuity and accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining policies, standards, processes, and procedures for hardware asset management.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to negotiate and manage contracts with hardware vendors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in Hardware Asset Management, with a strong focus on cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of industry good practices around HAM.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and people skills specific to a fast-paced corporate environment.
