We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in delivering exceptional homecare services.
You will be responsible for providing vital support and care to clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and dedication.
The Role:
As a Rapid Care Provider, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:
- Staff shadowing - ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Emergency response - Rapid response (filling new packages and discharges)
- Evaluating and monitoring the quality of care delivered to clients and reporting concerns to the area manager
- Checking and collecting journal notes from clients' homes
- Delivery of care plans, log sheets, and gloves to clients' homes when required
- Delivery of personal protective equipment
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year Homecare experience in Ireland
- At least 2 Core Modules of QQI level 5 in Health & Social care - Care Skills and Care of the Older person and working towards Full QQI level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Hold a full driving licence with access to a car
- Good standard of English - both spoken and written
- Must be available to work alternative weekends

Excellent interpersonal skills, empathic approach to people, highly organized, excellent time management skills
