Key Responsibilities:

This role involves coordinating care assistants' schedules, addressing operational issues, and providing administrative support to various departments within the office. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, enabling our care staff to focus on delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating care assistants' schedules, utilizing the Bluebird Care rostering system, and addressing any operational issues arising from customer care calls. You will also provide administrative support to all areas of the office, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Carrying out general office duties, such as preparing reports as required by the Coordinator, Supervisor & Operations Manager.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for care staff and clients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.

In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will also assist in the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and updating databases as needed. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
