About the Role
The University's Pensions Manager requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to support the administration of superannuation/pension schemes. This role involves working closely with the Pensions Team to develop and implement a professional HR Pension service, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Managing day-to-day queries via a central email system and responding to scheme member inquiries.
• Assisting with the compilation of reporting requirements, including FRS102 and HEA quarterly reports.
• Supporting the ongoing development and implementation of the CORE Pensions module.
• Creating and maintaining databases and filing systems as appropriate.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively. A background in pension administration or a related field is essential.
