The Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">* Greet regular guests by name and ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations when appropriate.* Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.* Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.* Maintain cleanliness of the bar and restaurant.* Serve guests with food and beverages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- ">* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.* Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.* Micros experience is preferable.* Experience in a hotel setting is desirable.
