- Cultivate a positive Environmental Health and Safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of robust systems for hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and statutory inspections.
- Liaise with local health and safety authorities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean and 6S programmes.
- Act as the Functional Safety Lead across value streams in collaboration with safety representatives and management.
- Proven experience in a senior EHS role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK EHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading audits, inspections, and safety improvement programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH).
