We are currently recruiting skilled professionals for relief contracts in the Dublin area. This role would be perfect for an experienced Catering Specialist who is happy to work on a flexible basis, ensuring that catering needs are met across various healthcare units.

The pay rate for this position is €20.22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime depending on the day.

This Relief Chef opportunity provides an attractive day-time shift schedule and excellent rates of pay. Our team offers competitive compensation packages, including paid holidays and yearly incremental increases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality catering services to meet the needs of residents and staff">
  • Maintaining food preparation and cooking standards in accordance with current regulations and guidelines">
  • Operating, maintaining, and servicing equipment as required">
  • Complying with Health and Safety requirements and our Garda Vetting process">
  • Providing points of contact for references from previous employments">

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Professional Catering Qualifications (e.g., 706'1 and 706'2 or equivalent)">
  • A minimum level 6 Catering qualification">
  • Up-to-date HACCP Level 2 and Manual Handling certifications (training can be provided)">
