Asset Manager Opportunity

This is a senior-level position with broad-based responsibilities across all aspects of commercial property sales & leasing, as well as company asset management operations.

The successful candidate will oversee property sales/leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value, coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support budgeting processes, manage credit control activities, review commercial proposals, oversee compliance reporting, and support the leadership team as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • 3rd-level degree in business studies or relevant discipline.
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.

The Offer:

This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience. Benefits include additional compensation beyond base salary.
