We are seeking an experienced Strategic Fleet Management Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our fleet management strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet management strategy that drives cost savings, improves efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of fleet management professionals to achieve outstanding results in areas such as vehicle utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Proven track record of success in fleet management or a related field.

Fleet Management Strategy:

  • Identify performance improvements and follow up on action plans.
  • Ensure proper financial control and risk management for fleet-related topics.

Vehicle Utilization:

  • Assure accurate reporting of month-end actuals and forecast.
  • Support fleet procurement in OEM negotiations to obtain cost-effective contracts.

Treasury:

  • Manage daily activities of the treasury function.
  • Ensure monthly financing plan is aligned with the fleet plan.
